A doctor was examining a patient who looked very pale.
"You spend too much time indoors," the doctor said. "To improve your health, you must open a window at work every day."
The patient shook his head. "I absolutely cannot do that, Doctor."
"Why not?" asked the doctor. "Everyone needs fresh air."
The patient replied, "Because I work on a submarine."
